SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders placed on clnltd.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. clnltd.com ships to all states via Australia Post. To reference exact transit time please visit Australia Post at auspost.com.au.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Orders made in Australia are done through Australia Post and will take up to 2-5 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. There is a $10 fee for shipping and handling.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are done through Australia Post and will take up to 10-14 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. There is a $20 fee for shipping and handling.

RETURNS 

If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 14 days of your Order Purchase Date.

 All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are:

- unwashed

- unworn

- original tags still attached

 

Provided your return meets the requirements CLN LTD will issue a store credit of which shipping costs are not applicable and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Once we have received your approved returned items at one of our offices, our team will work quickly to issue you a Store Credit code.

What does this mean!

It means you will receive a personalised Store Credit voucher.

This code will:

- have the ability to be applied on any item on our online store

- have no expiry

- not have to be used all in one go

 

How do I get it?

It will be emailed to you directly to the email address you provided in your original order
